Description of the Retreat
Presence in Paradise – the Salento Region holds a sacred energy and history quite unique to any other part of Italy and Europe.
Being near the most Eastern point of Italy, this area is the first to give rise to the sun each day before any other place in Italy.
It is here we find ancient grottos that tell the stories of sacred ceremonies, cultural traditions that blend the divine feminine and masculine into dance and some of the oldest olive groves in all of Italy can be found here - a testament to the resilience and power this land holds.
And so, our journey begins for a soul calling experience that will transform the very BEing you are, leaving you with new perspective, feelings and vision.
This all-inclusive experience will incorporate the five elements of earth, water, air, fire and ether, along with different energy modalities of reiki, breathwork, plant energy, yoga and so much more.

Leisurely morning and afternoon sessions with Laura and guest practitioners (to be announced) including uniquely curated experiences to learn about the earth medicine of this Region. These sessions are designed to shift and raise the parts of you that are calling for change and elevation.
Individual time to integrate and explore the grounds, pool, and private spa experiences.
Excursions and activities to the Baroque city of Lecce and coastal town of Otranto (historical & beach experience).

About Laura
Laura is a Reiki practitioner, Energy Teacher and Facilitator of Sacred Circles, Workshops and Retreats in Canada, Australia and Italy. Her calling to be in service came through in 2022 to create an organization, Divinefem Healer, dedicated to bringing community together to elevate and help support each person’s journey to self discovery, healing and empowerment.
There is a power in each of us. How we lean into that power stems back to the fundamentals of healing and connecting, not only with each other, but with Source and Earth.
I share a deep connection with energy healing, earth medicine and an affinity for history and travel. My journey across this beautiful planet have brought forward opportunities to learn from a variety of teachers. I lead with love, integrity, and devotion to this path. I help to create the spaces and experiences for people to heal the areas they need healing, awaken and align to their own paths.
Southern Puglia is a place that changed my lifepath. I was drawn here in 2023 on my journey and began building a life here. This has been central to my path as a spiritual teacher and Reiki practitioner. The ancient practices of energy, healing, presence, plant medicine and community have stood the test of time, centuries after centuries.
There IS something there. Lean into it.

Sabrina Ronchetti
A curious and independent soul, Sabrina Ronchetti moves through the world and within herself guided by a deep reverence for nature and energy. She believes in the healing power of the earth — not only to soothe, but also to reveal what’s ready to surface.
Her path with yoga began as a physical journey but soon evolved into a sacred practice of inner connection.
She teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga, with a special love for Yin as a mindful doorway into the emotional body. Sabrina trusts in the power of energy work, in the wisdom of the people and animals who cross our paths as mirrors and teachers — especially horses, with their intuitive grace and grounding presence.
Her latest retreats weave yoga with horseback connection, silence, and movement under open skies.
Salento Region
The YIS Yoga in Salento retreat centre is located in Zollino, in the heart of the Salento. Twenty minutes from both coasts and from cultural centres such as Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli.
Salento is that portion of Italian land where the West meets the East, point of fusion among ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean; an earth to be discovered, kissed by the sun and by a crystalline sea. Salento is a coffer rich of inestimable treasures: medieval white stone villages built perpendicularly to the sea, innumerable evidences of ancient civilization, country churches, Romanesque Cathedrals, monumental Basilicas, “Frederician” castles, archaeological areas (dolmen, menhir), millenary olive groves, park and sea reserves, splendid caves, suggestive and unique “Trulli” houses, the Baroque art, sacred and pagan rites, local fairs, feasts, perfumes and tastes and the deliciousness of an authentic and genuine kitchen.

Cancellation
To receive a full cancellation (minus a $200 non-refundable administration cost), email notice is due by June 25, 2026. After June 26, 2026, no refunds are provided.
*We reserve the right to make changes to details both before and after the retreat has been confirmed and/or cancel the confirmed retreat. We will endeavor to avoid changes and cancellations but reserve the right to do so. If we must cancel, Client will be informed as soon as possible, and will be reimbursed for all monies paid to the Host.
